I first bought from them with a minimum order of $100 I think I spent about $150 and was pleasantly surprised - I received my package in Australia within about a week! Everything was separately packaged - the antibacterial soap I bought had leaked about half the bottle in its bag and a missing box of autoclave bags so I emailed and they said they would send another of each with my next order.
I placed a second order of $700 and I got my replacement bottle of soap and extra box of autoclave bags but there was a missing a packet of jewelry bags.
I emailed again with my next order I think I spent about $400 and told them about the missing bags they are replacing these...
The jewelry seems to be good quality and I have had no issues - their prices are quite good - my only beef is that things seem to be missing from each order but they are happy to rectify without issue.
