Great customer service response and the best prices. Since I met Silver Moon Concepts at MAGIC a couple of years ago they have been my most steady supplier. The quality of their jewelry is as good or better than many other overpriced body jewelry companies - and I would recommend them to anybody in this industry.

I went to meet this company based on a referral from a friend of mine on the west coast. Their reputation for quality product and prompt service did not disappoint, and has been consistent. I have read some of the unjust reviews below and decided to respond because I believe that many of the claims are frivolous negative campaign web tactics.

Dealing with this company is a nightmare! You have to provide so much private info just to get a catalog I question what it's used for. The sales staff feels like you just stepped onto a used car lot. When I did not place an order initially, I got relentless phone calls from a salesman for weeks so I eventually placed an order. Delivery took forever - my order arrived over a month after I ordered and it was less than half of what I asked for! When calling to see where the rest of the order was and when I could expect it, I was placed on hold forever. Then when someone finally got to me no one could tell me a thing. I called again a few weeks later and I was eventually told the rest of my order had been cancelled since the bulk of my order was not in stock and was never going to be. They have a lot of pretty pictures of jewelry but the reality is much different. This place is an illusion as they never seem to have most of the items in the catalog because most of the items in the catalog do not even exist. Despite boasts to be the "biggest manufactures" they just feel like the biggest manufactures of B.S. around. I will never order from them again!

I was actually a walk in. Me and my wife hand picked over 500.00 worth of items and they wouldn't tell us prices, so I figured at the end I would eliminate what was not a good day. To my surprise after a 1 hour trip and picking out all the jewelry, they said they didn't have TIME to invoice it and would ship it too me. FINE! I left with nothing and felt empty. They were to call me before charging my card, which they haven't done to date. Matter of fact, they haven't done anything. I called and they promised service that day. That was over a week ago and not a phone call. I guess they don't need the business. Also, I was quoted many sizes and prices on the phone, much of which they did not have in person. The set up was not impressive, and the sales MAN was a SALES man, not customer service if you know what I mean. I was told a lot of BS like they sell millions of dollars a year and that they are the manufacturers. People, these people import like most people. If you don't mind waiting forever you might get some things that are ok, that is if it isn't back ordered. Anotherhole.com will not sell their items....ever!

After looking around for more unique jewelry, stuff that I couldn't get from my normal suppliers, I found this company so I gave them a call. I spoke to a sales rep. He seemed a little distracted while we were talking and a bit in a hurry. He answered all my questions. I really didn't find anything unique. They said they would match all my prices. So I faxed over an order on a Monday. It was an 800 dollar order. I figured since it was so big they would get with me the same day. Well a week later they called to confirm the fax. They said that I would have my shipment in a week. Well, 3 weeks later a light box is brought to my store front. I open the package and it's only half of my order, scattered in the box. I called and spoke with the same guy I did the first time. He said that the items that were not in the box were on back order. Yet I paid for them. He assured me that I would have it by the end of the week. 2 months later, I still have not received anything!!

Where do I begin. Well first of all the quality is ok. I really didn't like the inconsistent threads. Not all of the 14 gauge jewelry was compatible. The sales reps were really helpful and eager to helpanswer any questions I had. I place my first order and it was around 500 dollars. I asked for 2-day shipping. 3 weeks later a small pckage came to my shop. It was not even half of my order. I would say about a quarter of it. So I called and spoke to a rep. I could hear the hostility in his voice. I asked about a credit on shipping but they told me there was no reason for one. And that they have met their half of the "deal". Also the reason why the majority of my jewelry wasn't in the package because the items I ordered were back ordered and that they would send it to me ASAP! So now 5 weeks later I've been receiving numerous packages from them. My jewelry is coming to me in small increments. I can't even stock my displays...well lesson learned!
