Tattoos.com
http://www.tattoos.com/
Tattoos.com offers something that other sites have not -- fairly comprehensive listings of tattoo studios and artists, by location and name. From these listings, you can often view portfolios and other information. It's like an extended set of tattoo-related yellow pages -- but it's got all of the information that the phone company doesn't list. Looking for images? Tattoos.com has that, too. When it comes to finding thousands of images and experiences, I'd tell you to visit BME... but for researching artists in your area, try Tattoos.com.

BME
http://www.bmezine.com
This is getting too easy. Even when it was www.bme.freeq.com this was the best site. This year, new columnists, better convention coverage, a revamped encyclopedia, etc etc. Truly, there is no other modification site that touches BME in terms of content, progressiveness, and allegiance of its visitors.
